Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products
Courses, notes, PDFs and test series are digital products with instant access after payment. Because access to materials — including video links and PDFs — is granted immediately upon purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the course is unlocked.
2. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If money is deducted from your account but your course is not unlocked, or if you are charged twice for the same course, contact us within 48 hours with your payment ID. Verified duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Wrong Purchase
If you purchased the wrong course by mistake and have not accessed any of its materials (videos, PDFs or tests), contact us within 24 hours of purchase — we may, at our sole discretion, transfer your purchase to the intended course instead of issuing a refund.
4. Cancellation of Live Batches by Us
In the rare event that a live batch is cancelled or discontinued by us before completion, students will be offered either a transfer to an equivalent batch or a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the course, at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind after accessing course content, failure to attend live classes, dissatisfaction with exam results, or violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account termination.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email pathwayupsc1@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9142239060 with your registered email address, the course name, and your Razorpay payment ID. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout (card, UPI, netbanking, etc.) via Razorpay. Processing times beyond our control depend on your bank or payment provider.
