1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing pathwayupsc.com or purchasing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
3. Course Access
Course access is granted to a single registered account for the validity period mentioned on the course page. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, screen-recording live classes, or distributing course materials in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials — videos, PDFs, notes, test series and website content — are the intellectual property of Pathway UPSC. Copying, recording, redistributing, reselling or publicly posting any material in any form is prohibited without our prior written consent.
5. Payments & Pricing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be revised at any time; revisions do not affect courses already purchased. Course access is unlocked only after successful, verified payment.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass other students or staff, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website or its data, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.
7. Video & Live Class Conduct
Live classes and demo videos are provided for personal educational use only. Recording, downloading or re-streaming live sessions without permission is prohibited and may result in account termination.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, without refund, if you violate these Terms, misuse course materials, or engage in fraudulent payment activity. You may stop using the platform at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pathway UPSC provides educational guidance, structured content and mentorship support. We do not guarantee selection, marks or outcomes in any examination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
